BoC’s No2, Wilkins making comments on Bloomberg TV: "BoC To be cautious on tightening"

BoC’s Wilkins is in an interview on Bloomberg television at the moment and he comments sent the Loonie 17 pips higher vs the greenback. Currently, USD/CAD is trading at 1.2773, up 0.29% on the day, having posted a daily high at 1.2792 and low at 1.2712. She will be speaking again in NY 1200GMT.
