President M.Draghi will speak later today at the ECB’s policy panel: ‘At the heart of policy: challenges and opportunities of central bank communication’. Draghi will share the panel with BoJ’s H.Kuroda, Fed’s Chief J.Yellen and BoE’s M.Carney.

These speeches could attract the attention of market participants in light of the expected rate hike by the Federal Reserve at the December meeting and the recent move on rates by the Bank of England. On the opposite side, the European Central Bank is seen raising rates at some point in 2019, while the Bank of Japan has recently reasserted its mega-easing stance on its monetary conditions.
